Pre-launch is the stage when a developer invites early interest before bookings formally open. This page shows the Trident pre-launch list and explains what to register, what to check and what never to pay for.

Trident Realty projects often become known months before the sales gallery opens. During that window the project is at pre-launch. The site is named, the plan is being finalised, and early buyers can put their name down for a first look at units and rates.
The list on this page includes residential projects in Gurugram and Delhi, commercial and retail names in Delhi and Ghaziabad, and plotted projects in Kundli and Panipat. For each one, the unit sizes, price and RERA number follow at launch. What you can do today is register and learn the right questions to ask.
These residential names are at pre-launch or early upcoming stage. Register on a card to get floor plans and rates when the developer shares them.

A pre-launch project is one where the developer has begun talking to buyers but has not yet fixed the final price list or opened regular bookings. In Trident's case, Trident Sector 104 on the Dwarka Expressway is the clearest example of this stage.
Pre-launch is not the same as a finished offer. It is an invitation to show interest. You get information earlier than the public, and the developer gets a sense of demand. The formal terms come only at launch.
This table shows each pre-launch name with its type and what is still pending. Every pending item follows at launch.
| Project | Type | What is pending |
|---|---|---|
| Trident Sector 104, Gurugram | Residential, Dwarka Expressway | Sizes, price and RERA number |
| Trident Sector 63 and Sector 80, Gurugram | Residential | Sizes, price and RERA number |
| Trident Residences Delhi | Branded residences, 9 Link Road | Price on application |

EOI stands for expression of interest. It is a short form that records your name, number, budget and the type of unit you want. In many cases it is only a request for information and does not involve any payment.
Some developers or channel partners ask for a refundable token at this stage. Whether to pay one is your choice. Ask for the terms in writing, including how and when the amount comes back, and pay only to the developer's official account. Registering with us is free and carries no payment.
Trident has three Gurugram sites on its list. Sector 104 lies by the Dwarka Expressway. Sector 63 is in Sector 63A on Golf Course Extension Road. Sector 80 is the third site.
None of the three has confirmed unit sizes, price or a RERA number today. If you are keen on Gurugram, register for each, and note your preferred BHK and budget. When one of them opens, you can look at it against the others rather than deciding in a hurry.
Trident Residences Delhi is a small collection of 19 branded residences by Trident Hotels at 9 Link Road, close to Khan Market. They are 3 and 4 BHK homes, about 3,600 to 9,300 sq ft, with a rooftop garden, concierge, gym and meeting rooms. Price is on application.
Trident Rohini is a separate residential name in Delhi. Its size, price and plan are not out. Early registration is the way to receive them first.
Trident Connaught Place and Trident Rohini D Mall are commercial and retail names in Delhi. Rohini D Mall is meant for retail and commercial space in Rohini. Details of shop sizes, floors and rates are still to be announced.
Trident Guldhar is on Meerut Road in Ghaziabad, near the Guldhar RRTS station. Investors who track rail-linked locations may want to register early. Sizes, price and RERA number follow at launch.
Trident Plots Kundli is a plotted project in Kundli, Sonipat. Parktown Phase 2 is the next stage of the Panipat township. Phase 1 uses about 60 of the roughly 125 acres, so more land is waiting for later phases.
For both, plot sizes and rates are not yet published. Tell us the plot size you want, as the number of options is usually widest on day one. We pass your request to the sales team without any fee.
The whole process takes a few minutes. Here is the order that works best.
Money paid before launch carries the most risk, so these checks matter more here than at any other stage.
The two stages differ in what you can know and what you can lock in.
Seen this way, pre-launch is the time to gather information, and launch day is the time to decide.
| Point | At pre-launch | At launch |
|---|---|---|
| Price | Indicative at best, shared on request | Official price list and cost sheet |
| RERA | May or may not be published | Must be shown before bookings |
| Unit choice | Wish list only | Actual units or plots to select |
| Risk | Higher, as terms can still change | Lower, with documents in hand |
| Brochure and plans | Draft or concept images only | Approved plans with measurements |
Joining early has real benefits. You hear first, you have more time to plan funds, and you are first in line when units open. For projects in demand, this can matter a great deal.
The risks are also real. Plans can change, the launch can be delayed, and sales talk can run ahead of facts. A balanced approach is to register for updates, but commit money only when the RERA page and the cost sheet are in front of you.
Trident Realty began in 2008 and builds in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh Tricity and Mumbai. S. K. Narvar is the chairman and Parvinder Singh is the CEO. The group states that it has delivered over 20 million sq ft and has about 11 million sq ft in progress.
Past delivery is a helpful guide, though not a guarantee. For any pre-launch project, the project's own RERA page is the document that binds the developer to its promises.
Most problems at this stage come from haste or from unwritten promises. Avoid these.
A short, direct list of questions saves time and brings out facts early. Take it to any call or meeting about a pre-launch Trident project.
Ask which entity is the promoter and whether the land is already in its name. Ask when the RERA filing is expected and which phase it will cover. Ask what the likely possession window is and what the payment plan looks like in broad terms. Ask whether the sales partner is authorised in writing. Keep the answers in a note and compare them with what the RERA page shows later.
Pre-launch registration suits buyers with a long view and a flexible budget. If your plan is to buy in the next one to three years, there is little downside to registering.
If you want to move in soon or need a fixed price today, consider under construction projects. They have a RERA timeline and visible progress. Share your needs and we will suggest the page that fits.
Investors who track a city for the long term, such as Gurugram, Delhi or Sonipat, also tend to use the pre-launch list to build a shortlist before money is needed.
Leave your details and budget. You will get brochures, RERA numbers and cost sheets as soon as they are released, at no cost.
