EnquirePlotsTrident Plots Under ₹50 Lakhs
Share your budget and the city you prefer. We will tell you the day Trident opens a plot or small unit that fits ₹50 lakhs.
Trident Realty shares most prices only on request, so a ₹50 lakh budget needs a careful, honest check. This page shows what we know, what to ask and how to plan before you register.

If your budget is ₹50 lakhs, start with one plain fact. Trident Realty does not publish prices for most of its projects, and the lowest figure we have seen on a portal is about ₹67 lakh for Trident Expedia in Ahmedabad. That is above ₹50 lakh, so no Trident project is shown here as a confirmed fit for this budget.
This page is a practical guide, not a price list. It explains what a ₹50 lakh budget can reach through enquiry, how to ask for a proper cost sheet, how an EMI and down payment look in simple numbers, and when it is wiser to wait or stretch. It covers new, upcoming and under-construction projects only.
Prices and launch details are shared by the developer's sales team on request. Register your budget with us once, and we will pass it on when a plot size or home that may suit it is announced.
These are general listings, not confirmed prices. Register your budget and we will tell you if any Trident plot or flat in a new or upcoming phase may suit it.

Trident's current launches are mainly plots in Panchkula, Pinjore and Panipat, plus apartments in Ahmedabad, Mumbai, Delhi and Gurugram. Most of these are priced above what a ₹50 lakh buyer can spend, or carry no published price at all. The table shows where each type stands today, so you can plan before you call anyone.
| Project type | Where | What we know about price |
|---|---|---|
| Plots in Trident Hills and Central Vista | Panchkula, Pinjore-Kalka area | Price on request. Plot sizes start at 300 sq yd in Central Vista, so ask whether any size fits your budget. |
| Plots in Trident Parktown | Panipat, NH-44 | Price on request. Phase 1 plots begin from about 200 sq yd. Ask for the rate for your size. |
| 3 BHK apartments in Trident Expedia | Ahmedabad | From about ₹67 lakh on a portal, which is above ₹50 lakh. |
| Windsong Residences, Residences Delhi, Gurugram launches | Panchkula, Delhi, Gurugram | Price on request or on application. Do not assume they fit this budget. |
Only two price figures for Trident projects appear on public portals. The Westpark in Andheri West started from about ₹5.5 crore in Phase 1, and that phase is sold out. Trident Expedia in Ahmedabad shows a starting price of about ₹67 lakh. Both are portal figures, not an official price list.
For every other project, the honest answer is that the price is shared on request. We will not guess a number for you. A guess could push you to book something you cannot afford, or make you ignore something that would have worked.
A cost sheet is a written break-up of what you will pay. It is the only reliable way to know if a unit or plot fits your limit. Ask for it before you pay any booking amount.
A plot needs less money at the start only if its size is small. In Trident Hills the newest phases begin at 300 sq yd or more, and in Parktown Phase 1 at about 200 sq yd, so plot cost can run high before you even build. A plot also needs money later for construction, which a flat does not.
A flat in an under-construction project spreads payment over stages, but most Trident flats are in larger sizes or in costly cities. Whichever you choose, compare the full cost to a ready plan, not just today's booking amount. A plot is a land asset you build on later. A flat is a finished home on possession.
This is illustrative arithmetic only. It assumes a home loan of 80 percent of the price, an interest rate of 8.5 percent a year and a 20-year tenure. Your bank's actual rate, tenure and loan share will differ. Use it only to see the scale of money involved.
| Total price | Down payment (20%) | Loan amount (80%) | Monthly EMI (8.5%, 20 years) |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₹30 lakh | ₹6,00,000 | ₹24,00,000 | ₹20,800 |
| ₹40 lakh | ₹8,00,000 | ₹32,00,000 | ₹27,800 |
| ₹50 lakh | ₹10,00,000 | ₹40,00,000 | ₹34,700 |
The base price is rarely the final cost. A buyer with a ₹50 lakh limit must count these items too, or the budget will break at the last step. Ask for each one in writing, with the amount, before you sign.
Run through this list once before you pay a token amount. It protects a small budget from the most common surprises.
Some buyers wonder if stretching a little can bring Trident Expedia into reach. The portal figure of about ₹67 lakh is for the base price of a 3 BHK of about 954 to 968 sq ft carpet in Ahmedabad. Here is how the same example loan terms change.
The monthly EMI in the example rises by about ₹11,800 when the price moves from ₹50 lakh to ₹67 lakh. Add extra costs on top and the true gap is larger. Confirm the final cost sheet before you decide that the stretch is safe.
| Price | Down payment (20%) | Loan amount (80%) | Monthly EMI (8.5%, 20 years) |
|---|---|---|---|
| ₹50 lakh | ₹10,00,000 | ₹40,00,000 | ₹34,700 |
| ₹67 lakh (portal figure for Expedia, base price only) | ₹13,40,000 | ₹53,60,000 | ₹46,500 |
Waiting is not a failure. A buyer who waits for the right launch, with savings ready, often gets a better deal than one who rushes.
Gurugram, Delhi, Ghaziabad and Kundli projects are listed as upcoming, with sizes, price and RERA number to follow at launch. Early registration means the page owner can send you the details as soon as the developer announces them.
This helps a buyer with a limited budget because you can check price and size before the crowd arrives. It does not mean you must book. You can look at the numbers, compare, and say no. Launch dates are announced by the developer, not by us.
Payment plans differ by project and phase. Do not assume one plan from another builder applies here. Ask the sales team to explain the schedule in plain words and to give you a written copy.
For an under-construction project, the plan may link payments to building stages or to fixed dates. For plots, it may ask for a larger share early. Knowing this tells you when cash is needed each year.
Most budget problems come from skipping basic checks. These are the errors we see most often, and each one can be avoided with a short phone call.
Panchkula and Pinjore: Trident Hills and Central Vista are plotted townships in a roughly 200-acre campus. Plot sizes in the newest phases run from about 300 sq yd. Ask for the rate for the smallest size on offer.
Panipat: Trident Parktown is a roughly 125-acre township on NH-44, and Phase 1 starts from about 200 sq yd. This is the smallest plot size we have seen across Trident, so it is the first place to ask about a limited budget.
Ahmedabad: Expedia has a portal figure of about ₹67 lakh, above this budget. Gurugram, Delhi, Ghaziabad and Kundli: upcoming, with price to follow at launch.
There is no charge to ask, and no need to commit. If nothing fits, we will tell you so honestly and keep your details for the next launch.
Trident Realty was founded in 2008 and works in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh Tricity and Mumbai. Company statements for 2025 and 2026 mention more than 20 million sq ft delivered and about 11 million sq ft under construction. In Panchkula, over 500 plot owners had received possession by November 2025.
This record is useful context, but it does not set a price for you. Always rely on the written offer, the RERA entry and your own budget check. This website is an independent guide, not the official Trident site.
Tell us your all-in budget and preferred city. We will share the cost sheet for any Trident option that may fit, or say honestly if none does.
