A township is a planned neighbourhood built on a large land parcel, with roads, parks, security and daily facilities laid out before families move in. Trident Realty builds this kind of project in two places: Trident Hills near Panchkula and Trident Parktown in Panipat. Both are sold in phases, so you can enter at an early stage and watch the neighbourhood grow.
This page covers new, upcoming and under-construction township phases only. It lists each phase under its own heading, explains what the developer has announced, and shows what to check before you book. Prices are shared on request, and we pass your details to the page owner for a call back with current options.
These listings sit in or beside the 200-acre Trident Hills township on the Zirakpur-Panchkula-Kalka highway. They include plot phases, the Central Vista special edition and Windsong Residences.

Trident Parktown is a 125-acre township launched in January 2026. Its first phase has 412 plots (HRERA-PKL-PNP-819-2026) with ten theme parks and a 2.25 km cycle track. Completion is listed as December 2030.
The township is about 125 acres, while the first phase covers around 60 acres, so more land is left for later phases. Register to hear about sizes and launch dates first.
In a Trident township, the developer plans the whole area before selling the first plot. Internal roads, street lights, parks, a clubhouse and security posts are part of the layout. Buyers do not wait for the neighbourhood to develop around them, because the basics are built by the same company that sells the land.
Trident describes both Trident Hills and Trident Parktown as integrated townships. That means plots come first, with other uses such as independent floors, group housing and commercial space planned in later stages at Parktown. Each stage is registered separately with HRERA, so every phase has its own timeline.
Trident Hills spreads across about 200 acres in Sectors 3, 4 and 4A, Village Islam Nagar, in the Pinjore-Kalka area of Panchkula. It lies by the Zirakpur-Panchkula-Kalka highway. The developer reports that more than 500 plot owners had already received possession by November 2025, which tells you the project is not only on paper.
Nearby landmarks named by the developer include Kaushalya Dam at about 1 km, Sukhna Lake at about 20 km and Morni Hills at about 26 km. Planned facilities include medical and school sites, so families can see what the neighbourhood is meant to offer in time.
Trident Hills is registered with HRERA in three phases. The table below shows the timelines the developer has listed. Dates can move, so always check the RERA page for the phase you are buying and ask us for the registration number.
| Phase | Listed completion | What to know |
|---|---|---|
| Trident Hills 1 | About August 2027 | Earlier phase, plots with possession already given to many owners |
| Trident Hills 2 | About August 2027 | Runs alongside Hills 1 on the same completion window |
| Trident Hills 3 | December 2029 | Latest phase, with newer plot sizes of about 311-680 sq yd |
| Trident Central Vista | Launched November 2025 | Special edition of 199 plots inside Trident Hills |
Trident Central Vista is a special-edition phase of Trident Hills, launched in November 2025. It has 199 plots, with sizes from 300 to 680 sq yd. Fewer plots in one block usually means a quieter lane and an easier choice of corner or park-facing plots.
Planned amenities include a 1.25-acre central park with a natural amphitheatre, a reflexology and acupuncture trail, a yoga pavilion, jogging tracks, an open-air gym, and basketball and pickleball courts. The developer has stated a revenue target of about ₹1,200 crore for this launch. That figure is a sales goal, not a price. Ask us for plot-wise rates.
Trident Parktown is a township of about 125 acres on NH-44, Panipat, spread over Villages Nizampur and Azizullapur in Sectors 19A and 40. It was launched in January 2026 with an investment of about ₹1,200 crore. Plots come first, and independent floors, group housing and commercial space are planned later.
On the listing cards you may see this project under the name Trident Plots Panipat. Both names point to the same township. Parktown is built around a seven-chakra theme, with ten theme parks planned across the layout.
Phase 1 has 412 plots, starting from about 200 sq yd. The filing shows a range of roughly 142 to 6,263 sq m, so ask which sizes are actually on offer today. Phase 1 is registered as HRERA-PKL-PNP-819-2026 with completion listed as December 2030.
Both townships sell plots, but they differ in size, location and stage. Use this table to shortlist before you speak to the sales team.

Amenities decide how a township feels five years from now. These are the facilities the developer has announced. Treat each as a plan until you see it built, and ask for the layout drawing that shows where it sits.
If you want a built home instead of a plot, look at Trident Windsong Residences in Sector 4, Panchkula. It offers 412 low-rise 4 BHK homes of about 3,229 to 3,240 sq ft on roughly 8.3 acres. The site plan includes a pool, sports courts, a clubhouse, an amphitheatre, internal lakes and a central park.
The project has power back-up and 24x7 security, and it carries HRERA numbers PKL-PKL-476-2023 and 477-2023. Possession is listed from August 2027. Price is shared on request.
A township plot suits buyers who want land in a managed layout rather than an isolated field. Think about your purpose before choosing between Hills and Parktown.
The main benefit is order. Roads, drainage, parks and security are planned together, so lanes are wider and plots are regular. Shared maintenance and a managed entry also keep the area tidy.
The points to check are timing and cost. Facilities such as schools and medical centres are often built later, so ask for the stated schedule. Also ask how maintenance will be charged after possession, and who runs the clubhouse. A clear answer to these questions is a good sign of a well-run township.
Take this list with you on a site visit. Each item takes only a few minutes to verify and can save you months of delay.
Most problems come from rushing. Buyers sometimes book on the strength of a brochure and later find that the amenity they liked belongs to a different phase.
Do not pay a booking amount to a personal account, and do not skip the RERA check. Do not compare a plot rate across phases without comparing the completion year. A Hills 3 plot and a Hills 1 plot are priced for different timelines. Finally, avoid buying only for a short flip, because phase-wise development takes years to settle.
Trident does not publish plot rates for Hills or Parktown, so the fastest way to get current figures is to enquire. Tell us the township, the size range and your timeline. The page owner will share the available plots, payment plan and the RERA number of each phase.
You will also receive alerts when a new phase, such as Trident Parktown Phase 2, is announced by the developer.
Share your preferred city and plot size, and we will send the current options, RERA details and site visit slots for Trident Hills and Trident Parktown.
