The table below gives a quick view of the upcoming Trident pipeline. It shows the city, the project name and the current status. It does not carry prices or sizes, because the developer shares those only at launch.
| City | Project | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Gurugram | Trident Sector 104, Dwarka Expressway | Pre-launch, details to follow |
| Gurugram | Trident Sector 63 and Sector 80 | Upcoming, details to follow |
| Delhi | Trident Connaught Place and Trident Rohini D Mall | Upcoming commercial and retail |
| Delhi | Trident Rohini and Trident Residences Delhi | Upcoming residential |
| Panipat and Sonipat | Parktown Phase 2 and Trident Plots Kundli | Upcoming plotted projects |
| Ghaziabad and Mumbai | Trident Guldhar and Westpark Phase 2 | Upcoming, dates not announced |
We use simple status labels so you always know where a project stands. A project is called upcoming when the developer has named the location or phase but has not yet opened bookings. It is called pre-launch when early registration is open ahead of the main launch. It moves to new launch once bookings start.
Because of this, an upcoming tag is not a promise of a date. Launch dates are announced by the developer, and we update the page when that happens. Until then, the best step is to register so the update reaches you directly.
Gurugram carries the largest share of the upcoming list. Trident Sector 104 sits along the Dwarka Expressway and is at the pre-launch stage. Trident Sector 63 is in Sector 63A on Golf Course Extension Road. Trident Sector 80 is the third named site.
Unit sizes, price and RERA numbers for these three are not out yet and follow at launch. Buyers who want a Gurugram home in a Trident-branded project can register for all three at once and compare when the numbers arrive.
In Delhi, the pipeline mixes homes and commercial space. Trident Connaught Place and Trident Rohini D Mall are retail and commercial names. Trident Rohini is the residential one. Details for all three are not out.
Trident Residences Delhi is further along in terms of information. It is a set of 19 branded residences by Trident Hotels at 9 Link Road near Khan Market. They are 3 and 4 BHK homes of roughly 3,600 to 9,300 sq ft, with a rooftop garden, concierge, gym and meeting rooms. Price is on application.
Parktown in Panipat is a township of about 125 acres on NH-44. Phase 1 uses about 60 acres, so later phases are expected. Trident Parktown Phase 2 is that next phase, and no details are out yet.
Trident Plots Kundli is a plotted project at Kundli in Sonipat. Plot sizes, price and RERA number follow at launch. Plot buyers who want a good corner or a park-facing position should register early, because the best plots are usually taken first.
Trident Guldhar is planned on Meerut Road in Ghaziabad, near the Guldhar RRTS station. It is listed as upcoming, and sizes, price and RERA number follow at launch.
Trident DLF The Westpark in Oshiwara, Andheri West, is a joint project of DLF and Trident. Phase 1 had 416 homes in four towers and is sold out. Phase 2 is being planned and has no date yet. Registering is the only way to be on the list when it opens.
You do not need to check ten websites. Follow these steps and the updates come to you.
Before launch you will see only a name and a location. At launch, a full set of facts becomes available. Here is what to expect and what to ask for.
| Detail | When it is shared |
|---|---|
| Unit or plot sizes | At launch, in the brochure and plan |
| Price and payment plan | At launch, shared on request as a cost sheet |
| RERA registration number | Published before bookings open |

Many buyers mix up the three stages. The difference is simple and it affects what you can book today.
Upcoming means the project is named but not open. Pre-launch means early registration or expression of interest is open. New launch means bookings have started. Use this page to follow projects in the first stage, and move to the pre-launch and new launch pages when a project advances.
Early registration costs nothing and does not bind you to buy. It gives you the first call when details are released, and it lets you plan your budget before you see the numbers.
Trident's recent launches show the pace. The Westpark Phase 1 sold about ₹2,300 crore of homes in around a week in July 2025. Whether or not a future launch moves that fast, being on the list early removes the risk of hearing about it late.
Use this list on the day a project launches. Each point is a question you can put to the sales team.
Trident Realty was founded in 2008 and works in Delhi NCR, Chandigarh Tricity and Mumbai. The chairman is S. K. Narvar and the CEO is Parvinder Singh. According to company statements in 2025-26, the group has delivered more than 20 million sq ft and has about 11 million sq ft under construction.
At Trident Hills in Panchkula, more than 500 plot owners had received possession by November 2025. This delivery record is a useful reference when you think about upcoming projects. Always check each new project on its own RERA page too.
Since prices are not out, a sensible way to plan is to set a range first and refine it later. Decide the most you can pay in total, including registration and other charges, and the amount you can pay at booking.
When the cost sheet arrives, subtract the extra charges from your range to see the base price you can afford. If the plot or home you like is above your range, ask about a smaller size or a different location in the same project. Keep a small reserve for fees that appear late, such as maintenance deposits. A home loan pre-approval from your bank also makes the launch day smoother.
Waiting suits some buyers more than others. If you want a particular city, such as Gurugram or Panipat, and your plan is two to five years ahead, an upcoming project can fit well. You get time to arrange funds and a longer payment window.
If you need a home to move into soon, look at the under construction page instead. Those projects already have a RERA timeline. Not sure which suits you? Share your budget and city and we will point you to the right page.
The main risk with any upcoming project is acting on rumours. Here are the common slips and how to avoid them.
Share your name and number and we will send launch news, RERA numbers and cost sheets as each project opens. No fee, no obligation.
